Meditation for a healthy mind
Hello everyone how are you all? I am doing well and hope you guys are doing great today we are gonna talk about meditation ,how it can be helpful for your healthy mind and reducing stress. Its my personal experience that meditation can be very useful to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety and all those factors which can prevent us felling happy. Facts that you should know about meditation: 1- Meditation makes you happier : People who meditate generally lead happier lives than those who don't. Meditation is known to enhance the flow of constructive thoughts and positive emotions. A few minutes spent meditating regularly can make a big difference .According to scientific studies on a group of monks, their prefrontal cortex(refers to outermost layer of structure) of brains was found extra active because of meditation. 2-Meditation helps you to reduce stress : The transformation on our mind from meditation shouldn't be underestimate researchers found that t
