Make feets healthy

Everyone wants to have healthy or beautiful feet, they take lot of wear and tear for looking good . you can make your feet healthy and beautiful from these steps-
Way to soak feet- everyone's feet have rough skin to make feet clean and soft soak them regularly warm water is good option for soak feet put some olive oil and few drops of scented essential oil of your choice soak feet only for ten or fifteen minutes it will remove dead or rough skin .
Scrub - after soak feet you have to give them a good scrub for making the rough areas smooth you can use foot scrub or facial scrub or you can also use a pumice stone for massage.
Remove nail paint- nail polish can wear down nails remove all the old layers of polish before reapplying new polish it will help in strengthen nails .
Trim nails -trim toe nails in suitable length regularly be sure that they are not trimmed to short it cause discomfort and painful.
